Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the item to request a return or exchange.
- Provide your order details, including the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- You will ship the item back to us using our chosen shipping method. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Refund Options:
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in section 1.
- If the item is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund in the original form of payment within 5 business days.
- If you prefer an exchange for a different item, we will process the exchange promptly, subject to availability.
- In case the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs, and you will have the option to receive a replacement or a full refund.

Exceptions and Conditions:
- Gift cards and downloadable products are non-refundable.
- Refunds for purchases made with store credit will be issued as store credit.
- Clearance items or items marked as final sale, or items on sale above 15% are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria or if it appears to have been used, damaged, or altered.
