Without limiting the foregoing, if you are a business entity or registered on behalf of a business entity such information or documentation may include your trade license, other incorporation documents and/or documentation showing any person’s authority to act on your behalf. You agree to provide any information and/or documentation to gotechlb.com upon such requests. You acknowledge and agree that if you do not, gotechlb.com, may, without liability, limit, suspend or withdraw your access to the Site and/or your membership of the Site. We also reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed/unverified accounts or accounts that have been inactive for a long time. Never engage in false or fraudulent activity in connection with the use of the Site. You acknowledge and consent that gotechlb.com may suspend, limit or withdraw your access to the Site and/or your membership of the Site if you are found to have engaged in false or fraudulent activity in connection with the use of the Site. Never transfer your Site account (including feedback) and username to another party without our explicit consent. Never engage in the purchase of a product you are not legally entitled to purchase for example in the purchase of alcohol. In such case gotechlb reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without any liability from any kind whatsoever, to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders.

By submitting content to gotechlb.com you automatically consent to granting gotechlb.com an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty free license to use, publish, display, modify, distribute and syndicate your content worldwide. gotechlb.com does not claim any ownership of your content but we have your permission to use it for the purpose of operating and promoting the Site. Payment by Buyers
gotechlb.com offers buyers the option to pay for items on the Site through Cash On Delivery.gotechlb.com merely facilitates the payments by buyers but gotechlb.com is not involved in the process of buying and selling items on the Site. All sales and purchases on the Site continue to be bipartite contracts between the buyer and the seller of an item(s) and gotechlb.com is not responsible for any non-performance, breach or any other claim relating to or arising out of any contract entered into between any buyers and sellers, nor does gotechlb.com have any fiduciary duty to any user. You acknowledge and agree that gotechlb.com will hold your funds at your own risk.

All other trademarks not owned by gotechlb.com that appear on the Site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by gotechlb.com.
Buyer Protection
Users who shop at gotechlb.com receive full or partial refunds if the item is not as described by the Seller or if they don’t receive their item. This guarantee is offered by gotechlb.com to ensure buyers that their purchase is protected against fraud by any seller on the Site. If a buyer has purchased an item through gotechlb.com and never received it or received an item worth significantly less in value compared to what was described by the seller, the buyer will be reimbursed by gotechlb.com the value of the item only. To be eligible for a buyer protection, the buyer needs to file a complaint with gotechlb.com within three days of the initial date of delivery if the item hasn’t been received, or within three days from the effective receiving date of the relevant item. gotechlb.com will investigate the matter and if it has been determined (in its sole discretion) that the seller has intentionally defrauded the buyer in relation to the item for which gotechlb.com has reimbursed the buyer, gotechlb.com may limit, suspend or withdraw the seller’s access to the Site and/or the seller’s membership and gotechlb.com will charge the seller for gotechlb.com’s costs in reimbursing the buyer and for any handling and shipping. gotechlb.com reserves the right to take such further steps as it considers necessary, including, but not limited to, legal action. You acknowledge and agree that if any item returned to gotechlb.com by a buyer is fraudulent or unlawful, then gotechlb.com may in its sole discretion destroy the item or take any other steps as it considers necessary.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions (including a dispute, claim or controversy relating to any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions) shall be referred to the parties’ respective officers for resolution. If any dispute remains unresolved 21 days after being referred to the officers, it shall be finally settled by one arbitrator appointed in accordance with the rules of conciliation and arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Beirut and Mount Lebanon. The seat, or legal place, of arbitration shall be Beirut. The language to be used in the arbitration shall be English. The award shall be final and binding and the parties hereby waive any right they may have to appeal such award. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction against any matters relating to intellectual property rights.
Transfer of Rights and Obligations
You hereby grant gotechlb.com the right to, and irrevocably acknowledge and agree that gotechlb.com may at any time, transfer all or any part of its rights, benefits, obligations or liabilities (whether express or assumed) under these Terms & Conditions to any of its affiliates without requiring your further specific agreement. gotechlb.com agrees to use all reasonable endeavors to provide notice to you of any transfer by way of a posting on the Site. You may not at any time, without the prior written consent of gotechlb.com, transfer all or any part of your rights, benefits, obligations or liabilities (whether express or assumed) under these Terms & Conditions without the prior written consent of gotechlb.com
Warranty Information
Warranties for products offered on gotechlb are covered directly by the supplier. If the product is covered by warranty, it will be mentioned in the description of the item on gotechlb and warranty conditions will apply according to the suppliers warranty terms and conditions.
Amendments to These Terms & Conditions
gotechlb.com reserves the right to make changes to the Site, policies, and these Terms & Conditions at any time without your prior consent and with immediate effect by posting a notice of the amendment on the Site. If any of these Terms & Conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, they shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining Terms & Conditions. gotechlb.com will notify you of any amendment to these Terms and Conditions that materially increases your obligations or decreases your rights in accordance with the terms of these Terms & Conditions.
